End-to-end career fair operations and hiring workflow system
The brief
A full-stack monorepo platform that streamlines career fair execution from candidate applications to hiring decisions, including admin operations, recruitment workflows, and public-facing experiences.
Approach
Architected as a Turborepo monorepo with a shared Prisma/PostgreSQL schema across admin, employer, and candidate surfaces, gated by OTP authentication and RBAC middleware.
Outcome
In active development for the 2026 career fair, with job postings, application tracking, shortlisting, and interview scheduling already live end-to-end.
