The brief
A recruitment platform for the Faculty of IT at the University of Moratuwa, bridging students and industry through profile creation, skill-based matching, and sponsorship management.
Approach
Built on Next.js 15 / Prisma / PostgreSQL with NextAuth.js, combining student portfolios, Cloudinary-backed CV uploads, and a tiered sponsorship system in one platform.
Outcome
Shipped and used for the Faculty of IT's annual career fair, matching students to industry partners through skill-based tagging.
