Arctic Service Management
Service Management System
The brief
A comprehensive service management system designed to monitor the service processes across all branches, while efficiently documenting daily inflows and outflows. Also had the responsibility for production deployments. (NDA Signed).
Approach
Built a React frontend on a Spring Boot/Java backend with MariaDB, covering jobs, visits, and customer records across every service branch.
Outcome
Deployed to production for Arctic (Pvt) Ltd, with direct ownership of the production release process (NDA-covered).
