The system includes three main applications: a modern Next.js customer-facing frontend with shopping cart functionality, a comprehensive admin dashboard for managing products, orders, inventory, and customers, and a robust Spring Boot backend with multiple specialized services. Features include product browsing with advanced filters, order management, payment processing, warehouse management, inventory restocking, customer management, analytics dashboard, and email notifications through Kafka event streaming. The platform uses Keycloak for secure authentication and authorization with role-based access control.
